MANILA, Philippines—Property developer Centuries Properties Group (CPG) has teamed up with Polish-born international architect Daniel Libeskind and iconic Italian luxury brand Giorgio Armani to develop Century Spire, a 60-story mixed-use establishment at Century City in Makati.

Century Spire, the first Century-branded building in Century Towers, will offer more than 500 residential units, 67 percent of which had been taken up even prior to the public launch, CPG managing director Robbie Antonio said during the project launch Wednesday.
The tower will devote 35 floors to residential units. It is expected to be completed in 2018. Units range in size from 30 square meters to 400 square meters. A unit sells for about P250,000 per square meter.
